Our track from a split release with Lion of the North (members now do time in Antilles, Cloakroom, and La Dispute). We had every intention of this being a split 7", but we made a limited run of handmade CD-Rs for what would be our last tour during the summer of 2008. It was later put out by Lion's Harrison Hickok on his Kid Sister Everything label as CD only to finally be released as it was originally intended on 7" vinyl in 2014. Harrison also designed the artwork for both releases on Kid Sister Everything. Check it out here: http://kidsistereverything.com/
First recording as a three piece.
I'm out of ex-lax, so shit or get off the pot. Let go. How can we say we're trying when we never even started? [LYRICS LOST]. We are not incomplete. We stand on two legs and won't bury our heads in the sand. The only thing I am worried about is who'll be Barabas when we all go home. It's a sign of the times that no one saw this coming. If I hadn't seen it on the news, I'd probably just assume it wasn't there. We'll be covered in water; our whole city drowning. Fight or flight. Sink or swim. It's all a cliche and we need a rest. We're alive as long as we keep moving forward. This was our lives as one. We were creating our own goals and own destinies. Never committing. When all is lost and there's nothing left, there we are.
